The Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) is looking for dedicated, caring, and reliable mentors to support young people ages 16 to 24 as they navigate education, employment, and life’s challenges.
As a RAMP Mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to provide real support, build lasting relationships, and guide youth toward brighter futures. Whether you're a professional, retiree, student, or community leader — your time and voice matter.
We’re seeking mentors who are:
✅ 21 years old or older
✅ Passionate about mentoring youth between ages 16 to 24
✅ Responsible drivers with a clean driving record
✅ Able to pass a background check
✅ Reliable, consistent, and good communicators
✅ Comfortable building trust and offering guidance
