The Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) is looking for dedicated, caring, and reliable mentors to support young people ages 16 to 24 as they navigate education, employment, and life’s challenges.
As a RAMP Mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to provide real support, build lasting relationships, and guide youth toward brighter futures. Whether you're a professional, retiree, student, or community leader — your time and voice matter.
We’re seeking mentors who are:
Committed to empowering youth (aged 16–24)
Open to sharing life skills, career advice, and encouragement
Willing to dedicate a few hours a month to meaningful mentorship
